Přinášíme vám několik tipů na knihy a pracovní sešity, které pomohou s pochopením emocí, jejich poznáváním a celkovým rozvojem sociálních dovedností. Knihy jsem rozdělil podle věku. Můžeme je samozřejmě přizpůsobit podle dovedností a schopností vašeho dítěte. 

Předškolní děti (3 – 6 let)

Jak se cítím: Emocionální rozvoj pro děti od pěti let (Holde Kreulová)

Kniha obsahuje krásné ilustrace vystihující základní emoce. U každého obrázku naleznete jednoduchý popis dané emoce. Kniha je vhodná pro prvotní krůčky dítěte do světa emocí. 

Děti spolu: Kreslené příběhy pro rozvoj sociálních dovedností (Magdaléna Bořkovcová)

V knize najdeme 10 kreslených příběhů, většinou se jedná o běžné konflikty, se kterým se může dítě potkat (vyloučení ze hry, hádka s kamarády atd.). Ke každému příběhu jsou otázky k zamyšlení. Obrázky jsou jen v obrysech, aby si je dítě mohlo vybarvit samo.

Mladší školní věk (6 – 11 let)

Děti a emoce – učíme děti vnímat, poznávat a pracovat se svými pocity (Kateřina Grofová, Vojtěch Černý)

Kniha na krátkých čtivých příbězích prezentuje základní lidské emoce. Každá kapitola se věnuje jiné emoci. V závěru kapitoly najdeme otázky pro děti, nápady na další aktivity a písničky. V knize najdeme CD s jednotlivými nahrávkami.

Pracovní listy pro žáky 1. až. 3. třídy se zobrazením a otázkami ohledně základních emocí a nejčastějšími sociálními situacemi, se kterými se může dítě potkat. Publikace je pěkně zpracovaná. Zaměřující se na popis mimických výrazů jednotlivých emocí a situace, kdy je prožíváme.
